We had a wonderful experience with Triform construction when they built our dream home. The quality of their work was exemplary. They were thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. We were extremely satisfied with their team from the beginning to end. Just a dream come true! Great customer service as well. They go above and beyond to help us, if any issues come up with the house even after 4 years. We know that they’re just a phone call away! Fil and Amy are super professional, courteous and accommodating. They treat us like family, even better in many cases. We will be building an investment property/triplex with Triform in Ottawa next year. They’re our go-to for all our future projects-both big and small. Don’t waste your time and money with other builder, just go to Triform!

This was our first time building a custom home. Triform made the experience enjoyable and easy! We quickly fell in love with their style and designs. We loved a particular model that was on sale but we missed the opportunity as it was quickly purchased. Shortly thereafter we revisited the area and noticed the new home owner of the house (that we missed )in her driveway. We managed to speak with her and got some feedback, she was very happy with her house and most notably the after service provided by Triform. We left the area with the intent to build a Triform home. We spoke with our agent and quickly arranged a meeting with Fil. He was polite and professional and provided us with his vision on an upcoming lot. It was clear to us that both Fil & Amy were genuinely excited to build homes and their ability to paint such a clear picture of what the home should look like on the lot took away any uncertainty. Fil was meticulous in his design and demanded quality and professionalism from everyone involved. It’s clear they have built a successful brand and have the respect of all trades involved. Although not required in our contract, anytime we had any questions or wanted to visit the site it was made possible and we never felt rushed. Every time we arrived on site it was spotless! Fil made sure all the little things were taken care of (ex. HVAC seams sealed and optimized placements for maximum efficiency). We found success by giving Fil and Amy some creative leeway and it always exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, they made changes on the fly that made the home even better. Communication was constant and change requests were met without complaint. Fil and Amy also would provide guidance on changes if they felt the change wouldn’t work or may not meet our expectations. They provided a list of supplies and finishes that they feel would look best and within our budget. We had ZERO surprises when it came to final costs. Our home was built on time while meeting and exceeding expectations. We have been in our house for 9 months and we continue to get regular follow up calls to ensure our satisfaction. Fil and Amy operate by the book and do not cut corners. Extremely satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation!
